These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of nobiglobal.com, owned by Nobiglobal Servicios Financieros S.A.S., Tax ID 1793209876001, with registered office in Cumbayá, Quito, Ecuador. By using the site, you accept these terms in full.
1. Purpose
The site provides information about real estate crowdlending services in Ecuador. Subscribing to the newsletter does not constitute the contracting of financial services or a public offering of securities.
2. Registration and eligibility
Only individuals over 18 years of age or legal entities with fiscal domicile in Ecuador may register as lenders. Nobiglobal reserves the right to reject applications that do not pass the KYC process or present reputational risk.
3. Intellectual property
All content —texts, images, trademarks, logos, code— is the property of Nobiglobal or of third parties with a licence to use. Any total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
4. User obligations
The user undertakes to provide truthful information, not to use the site for unlawful purposes, and to comply with the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations issued by the UAFE.
5. Liability
Nobiglobal does not guarantee future returns. Any investment in real estate crowdlending involves the risk of partial or total loss of capital. The user acknowledges and accepts the risks described in the Risks section of the site.
6. Amendments
Nobiglobal may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email and by notice on the site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Quito, unless the law provides otherwise.
